San Francisco, California 9/3/24 – Car IQ, a leader in fleet payments, is partnering with the United States Auto Club for the second season of The Fab 4 competition. Unique to any other racing program today, The Fab 4 is ‘championship within a championship’ that recognizes the top female drivers across USAC Circle Track disciplines, providing a $20,000 prize and platform to showcase their talent.

After the widespread support from the USAC fan base last season, this year’s program has grown from 12 eligible competitors in 2023, to nearly 100 in 2024 by expanding with the NASCAR Youth Series.  The growth of the championship has brought a new sponsor, Assured Telematics (ATI), a leading provider of Geotab telematics solutions.

"We are thrilled to join forces with Car IQ and USAC for the second season of The Fab 4 competition," said Frank Pellitta, President of Assured Telematics and Chief Telematics Officer at Transflo. "As an organization, we are continuously innovating to support our enterprise-level fleet management customers. It's not every day that we get to participate in such unique events that not only focus on business, but also bring a unique, fun and engaging experience to our customers and strategic partners. Supporting these incredible female drivers on their journey and contributing to their success is a privilege we wholeheartedly embrace."

Determined by their average feature finishing positions within their respective series, four drivers will be invited to compete in The Fab 4 Finals. Starting September 1st, fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite female driver. Half of the racer’s standing will be based on their average main event finishing position for the 2024 season, and the other half will come from fan votes. The winner will be announced on November 30th at the Turkey Night Grand Prix in Ventura, California, with the event broadcast live on FloSports.

"Being part of The Fab 4 was a game-changer for me. The support, mentorship, and industry attention that came from The Fab 4 have propelled my racing career forward,” said Jade Avedisian, winner of last year’s competition and the 2023 Xtreme Outlaw Series Midget Champion. I'm incredibly grateful for the chance to compete and represent women in racing, especially with the unwavering support of Car IQ."  —Jade Avedisian"Jade's participation in the program demonstrates its commitment to nurturing emerging talent and setting a positive example for future drivers. “Watching The Fab 4 competition last year was really cool because it showed us that being a girl in racing is something special and to be really proud of,” said Nascar Youth drivers Sydney and Tessa Stromska. “Our mom used to race when she was little and was the only girl at her track, but now there are a lot more girls racing thanks to programs like this.”

“It has been incredible to watch these women continue to grow and excel on track,” said Kate Coomber, Product Marketing at Car IQ. “The inaugural season of The Fab 4 exceeded all expectations and it’s been wonderful to see the program expand its impact to even more drivers this year. We wanted to be sure to come back this year with an even better program that addressed feedback from the fans and drivers and I believe we’ve done that. We are looking forward to kicking things off and continuing our support of these exceptional women.”
